Financial Policy
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover and offer financing through CareCredit (a leader in the medical/dental field with regards to financing). If you have any questions about financing, please contact our office for more information.
If you have dental insurance, we will arrange for submitting all dental claims and necessary support material as a courtesy. In cases where insurance only pays a portion of a procedure(s) (ie. 80%, 75%, 50% or not at all), then we do request payment by the patient at the time of service for what we know insurance will not cover. If you are unsure of what a particular portion may be for a scheduled visit, please contact our office as we will provide you with a overview of your insurance coverage and any potential portion that may be due at the time of appointment.
Our practice’s billing cycle is usually monthly. If you receive a statement and you have any questions in regards to an account balance or what insurance covered or did not cover, please call our office at once. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings. Please keep in mind though, the patient is ultimately fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of their insurance coverage.
